Rule:

Example:
On a $100,000 account, the maximum daily loss allowed is $3,000.
If equity drops below $97,000 at any point during the day, the account is breached.
Why this rule exists:
Prevents excessive losses in one session and enforces disciplined risk control.
Maximum Drawdown – 7%
Rule:
Your account must not lose more than 7% from the initial balance.
Example:
On a $100,000 account, equity must never fall below $93,000, regardless of how many days the losses occur over.
Why this rule exists:
Protects firm capital and prevents deep, unrecoverable drawdowns.
Trading Conditions
Trading During News
High-impact news trading is allowed.
Examples:
NFP, CPI, FOMC releases may be traded, provided risk is managed responsibly.
Why:
We trust experienced traders to handle volatility without unnecessary restrictions.
Profit Consistency Rule – 20%
Rule:
No single trading day may represent more than 20% of total profits at the time of payout request.
Example:
Total profit: $10,000
Maximum allowed from one day: $2,000
Why:
Rewards steady performance rather than one-off trades.
Holding Trades Over the Weekend
Holding positions over the weekend is allowed.
Why:
Provides flexibility for swing trades and longer-term strategies.
Lot Size Consistency
Forex Pairs
Lot size may only increase or decrease by ±1.00 lot from the previous trade.
Example:
Previous trade: 5 lots
Next trade allowed: 4, 5, or 6 lots
Indices
Lot size may only change by ±0.25 lots per trade.
Applies to:
US30, NAS100, SPX, GER40, XAUUSD
Example:
Previous trade: 1.00 lot
Next trade allowed: 0.75, 1.00, or 1.25 lots
Why:
Prevents erratic position sizing and enforces professional execution.
Automated Trading
Trading Bots & EAs
Expert Advisors and trading bots are allowed, provided all rules are respected.
Why:
Consistent automated strategies are considered valid trading.
Trade Execution Rules
Minimum Trade Duration – 1 Minute
All trades must remain open for at least 1 minute.
Why:
Prevents unsustainable ultra-fast execution tactics.
Inactivity Rule – 15 Days
Accounts inactive for 15 consecutive days may be closed.
Why:
Encourages active trading and proper account management.
Payout Structure
Each payout level rewards consistency and progression.
1st Payout
• Profit Split: 50%
• Minimum Trading Days: 10
• Payout Cycle: Every 21 days
• Maximum Payout: 6% of account
Example:
Profit: $10,000 → You receive $5,000
(Maximum payout on a $100K account: $6,000)
2nd Payout
• Profit Split: 70%
• Minimum Trading Days: 7
• Payout Cycle: 14 days
• Maximum Payout: 8% of account
3rd Payout
• Profit Split: 90%
• Minimum Trading Days: 5
• Payout Cycle: 14 days
• Maximum Payout: 10% of account
Example:
Profit: $20,000 → Eligible payout capped at $10,000 on a $100K account.
Minimum Profit to Request a Payout – 1%
You must generate at least 1% profit to request a payout.
Example:
On a $100,000 account → Minimum required balance: $101,000
Why:
Ensures payouts are meaningful and worth processing.
General Rules
All account types (Instant Funded Accounts, RAPID ACCOUNTS, 1-Step, 2-Step, or promotions) must comply with Techno Funding’s general trading rules.
This includes:
• Risk management
• Lot size consistency
• Trade duration
• Bot usage
• Trading behavior
Any violation may result in account breach with no exceptions.
